Hannah’s yoga journey began when she started a stressful job working for a big investment bank back in 2014 (like us!). Whilst she always loved the physical practice, her passion for yoga was born out of a growing understanding of its philosophy.
Hannah understands the everyday stresses and pressures of working in the city. She understands the excuses we will make as she has been there.
Five years after first stepping on the mat she completed her teacher training with Stewart Gilchrist, after which is she knew she wanted to share and teach the practice which transformed her into a happier, calmer and healthier human!
Hannah is now a 230 hour registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals having completed a 200 hour training Vinyasa Krama with Stewart and a 30 hour in Mandala sequencing with Julie Montagu.
She loves to share her thoughts and advice on nutrition and wellness topics, including vegan recipes and restaurants, all of which you can find on her blog.
