Eithne Bryan

Eithne come to yoga in 2016 following an injury, she found the practice helped to build up her strength, flexibility and confidence and looks to ignite the same for her students.

Coming from a dance and gymnastics background, Eithne makes her classes lighthearted, challenging and open for all levels, always giving options and time to connect back to the breath and body.

Having a strong focus on anatomy and alignment she will guide you through the class with some hands on adjustments, helping to leave you feeling strong, grounded and proud of your achievements ready for a well deserved savasana to end every practice.
