Originally from the wild windswept West coast of Ireland, she is a yogi, traveler, barefoot runner, massage therapist and nutritional advisor. 

She has adopted a holistic approach to her teaching she believes in creating a sustainable practice -  “Yoga is for life”

Expect an energising and strength building class which will leave you with a sense of overall calm.

She believes that strengthening the mind body connection through yoga, treating imbalances of the body with massage and eating a natural whole food diet is the ultimate healing system for bringing good health and wellbeing.

Trained in Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa Yoga and massage and nutrition.
