Alice has worked in the health and fitness industry for over a decade coming from a background of dance. She made the transition into personal training and moved into the city to peruse her career working in mainstream gyms, boutique PT studios and eventually freelancing.
Alice’s journey in yoga came about whilst working as a personal trainer and realising that health and fitness cannot be fully attained unless we address the well being of the mind and heart.
Alice completely her first multi-style teacher training in India in 2014, the birthplace of yoga whilst travelling around Asia on a break from London which she then bought home and implemented into her own life and taught what she had discovered. She believes that everyone should feel free in their bodies as well as being able to manage whatever life throws at us, learning to master our mind.
Since then she has returned to India to further complete her 300hours in Ashtanga Vinyassa under her teacher Lalit Kumar as well as gaining experience working abroad in Thailand and practicing with many amazing KPJAYI teachers along her travels following the ashtanga lineage.
With over 10 years experience in “health and fitness” she has worked with all types of bodies and likes a hand on approach. Her traditional style is combined with a technical flow which will leave you feeling in tune and re connected with yourself.
Alice teaches ashtanga, Vinyassa and Yin yoga, reformer Pilates and PT.
