Vinyasa simply means flow.  Each Vinyasa class is given its personality through our various teachers.  

In this cheeky class, Siobhan takes us through a challenging flow that will get the heart rate up, burning calories and burning flat.  At the same time she will build strength and flexibility through a fun fiery sequence that builds fire before calming you in a savannah.
