Suspension Training 

Well known as TRX after a certain brand.

Suspension training uses straps that are applied to the brackets on the ceiling of the studio.  The straps plus your own body weight can then combine to create exercises that are fun and challenging.

Created for use with Navy SEALS this is a quick and effective form of training designed to build strength, increase core stability and help with flexibility.  Fast and effective results!
