The Mum Club

The Method 

The Method is a challenging HIIT style workout that incorporates the best of Yoga, Barre, Boxing, Pilates and still finds time to include mindfulness.

 

This 10 minute effect workout from our top instructor Naomi Jade gives you a taste of our signature Method Blast classes, whist blasting fat and building strength in only 10 minutes. Video contains a short warm up and then a 10 minute Method Blast session - if you are already warm go straight in!

Our signature Method Burn class is the perfect mix of exercises that will get your heart rate up and make those muscles burn, combines with mindfulness to maximise the workout and destress the mind. Feel the burn!

Method Blast: A fat burning, cardio workout suitable for all levels. Challenge your core and with this dynamic HIIT class and tone up fast. 25min workout comprising of 4 circuits with 4 exercises, 30 seconds each, repeat twice.
