After being diagnosed with a chronic knee injury, two surgeries and a lot of work later, Hannah is trying to show people that whatever obstacle you may have in your life, you can still achieve what you set your mind on. With a history in athletics and netball, and a more recent passion for yoga, Hannah is on a mission to find a balance between high intensity moves that will get you sweating, as well as incorporating mindfulness and body awareness into her training sessions.
