A great cardio workout boxing is known to burn calories whilst building strength. What boxing is less known for is mindfulness, however given our Studio One Method ethos, rest assured we will ensure that you find it in every class. Whilst in zone we will work you hard to sweat and tone.
At Studio One we practise Mittology. Taught by a professional boxer who will take you through a combination of punches and footwork patterns to build co-ordination and get your heart rate up. Expect fun pad work and lots of core!
We welcome everyone to classes. Classes are small and you will get personal attention to help you learn the punches, combinations and some fancy footwork. Just come expecting to sweat.
